Quick overview: Eazy6 Pass is our loyalty-style program that gives eligible verified customers a way to earn promotional contest entries through real-money gameplay. You get one Starter Pass after your first qualifying settled deposit of $25.00 or more, and you can earn more Passes through qualifying settled paid play. This page explains the main rules in plain English, but the full Program Terms below still apply.
Program Summary. In general, an eligible verified customer receives one Starter Pass after the customer’s first qualifying settled cash deposit of $25.00 or more. After that, customers may earn additional Eazy6 Passes through qualifying settled real-money contest entry fees, currently at a rate of one Pass for every $25.00 of qualifying settled real-money play, subject to eligibility, caps, expiration, contest availability, compliance controls, and these Program Terms. Repeated deposits do not automatically generate standard Eazy6 Passes.

Expiration | Each issued Pass expires 14 days after it is issued unless used earlier or adjusted under these Program Terms. |

Important Legal Note.
These Eazy6 Pass Program Official Terms and Conditions (the “Program Terms”) govern the Eazy6 Pass Program (the “Program”), offered by Oakridge Interactive LLC, doing business as Eazy6. These Program Terms supplement and are incorporated by reference into the Eazy6 Terms of Service. The Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Player Safety Policy, applicable contest-specific rules, and disclosures presented in the Eazy6 App also apply to the Program. Capitalized terms not defined in these Program Terms have the meanings assigned to them in the Terms of Service.
By participating in the Program, earning or attempting to earn an Eazy6 Pass, receiving a Starter Pass, redeeming an Eazy6 Pass, or entering an eligible Eazy6 Pass Contest, you agree to these Program Terms and the Terms of Service. If these Program Terms conflict with the Terms of Service solely concerning the administration, issuance, earning, expiration, or use of an Eazy6 Pass under this Program, these Program Terms will control with respect to that conflict. The Terms of Service otherwise remain in full force and effect.
The Terms of Service contain important provisions that apply to this Program, including eligibility requirements, account and Player Account rules, deposits, withdrawals, deposit playthrough, Paid Contest rules, Promotional Paid Contest rules, responsible play, taxes, prohibited conduct, suspension and termination, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, governing law, dispute resolution, binding individual arbitration, and class-action waiver. Those provisions are incorporated by reference and are not repeated in full here. These Program Terms do not create a new or separate right to opt out of arbitration.
1. Program Availability and Eligibility
1.1 Program Availability. The Program begins on the date these Program Terms are first published in the Eazy6 App and on the Company’s website. Eazy6 may extend, modify, suspend, replace, withdraw, or discontinue the Program, in whole or in part, as permitted by the Terms of Service, these Program Terms, and applicable law. Unless Eazy6 states otherwise, valid issued Eazy6 Passes remain subject to their displayed expiration dates and these Program Terms.
1.2 Eligibility. Eligibility to participate in the Program, receive or use an Eazy6 Pass, and enter an Eazy6 Pass Contest is governed by the Terms of Service and any applicable contest-specific rules. Without limiting those incorporated requirements, you must have an account in good standing, complete required identity verification, be physically located in an Eligible Jurisdiction when required, satisfy applicable age and compliance checks, and not be self-excluded, in a cooling-off period, suspended, restricted, or otherwise ineligible. Program eligibility, limits, and one-time benefits are determined per verified person.
2. Eazy6 Passes
2.1 An “Eazy6 Pass” is a non-cash promotional contest-entry benefit that may be redeemed for one entry into an eligible Promotional Paid Contest designated in the App as accepting Eazy6 Passes (an “Eazy6 Pass Contest”). Eazy6 Passes may be issued as Starter Passes, gameplay-earned Passes, manual grants, campaign grants, reissued Passes, or other disclosed Program benefits. Eazy6 Passes are promotional entry benefits only and are not cash, deposited funds, winnings, stored value, or a promise of cash.
2.2 Eazy6 Passes have no cash or monetary value; are not part of your Player Account cash balance; may not be purchased, sold, transferred, assigned, shared, exchanged, withdrawn, or redeemed for cash; and may be used only for eligible Eazy6 Pass Contests, subject to these Program Terms, the Terms of Service, app disclosures, and applicable contest-specific rules.
2.3 Eazy6 Pass Contests may award cash prizes according to the prize pool and payout structure displayed in the App before entry. Cash prizes won in Eazy6 Pass Contests settle through the normal Paid Contest payout flow described in the Terms of Service and remain subject to all applicable eligibility, settlement, tax, compliance, review, withdrawal, and dispute rules.
3. First Qualifying Deposit and Starter Pass
3.1 A “First Qualifying Deposit” is your first successful cash deposit into your Player Account that is at least $25.00, is confirmed as settled by the applicable payment processor, and is not reversed, refunded, disputed, recalled, charged back, voided, or otherwise invalidated. Deposit and payment requirements in the Terms of Service apply by reference.
3.2 A “Starter Pass” is the one-time Eazy6 Pass issued to an eligible verified customer after that customer makes a First Qualifying Deposit and otherwise satisfies these Program Terms. If you make a First Qualifying Deposit and otherwise satisfy these Program Terms, Eazy6 will issue one Starter Pass. The Starter Pass is available only once per verified person. Later deposits do not generate another Starter Pass and do not automatically generate standard Eazy6 Passes.
4. How You Earn More Passes
4.1 After receiving any Starter Pass for which you are eligible, you may earn additional Eazy6 Passes through qualifying settled real-money contest entry fees. Unless Eazy6 states a different rate in the App or applicable Program disclosure, one gameplay-earned Eazy6 Pass is issued for every $25.00 of Qualifying Play credited to your Program progress, subject to any applicable cap and the eligibility, compliance, settlement, reversal, and correction rules in these Program Terms.
4.2 Pass earning is based on qualifying settled real-money play, not on repeated deposits. Additional deposits may increase your Player Account balance and may be subject to deposit playthrough requirements under the Terms of Service, but they do not automatically issue standard Eazy6 Passes unless Eazy6 separately offers and discloses a deposit, reload, campaign, goodwill, or other promotional grant.
4.3 Qualifying Play is tracked at the customer level. When your credited Qualifying Play reaches the applicable earning threshold, Eazy6 may issue a new gameplay-earned Pass and carry forward any eligible excess progress, unless you have reached an applicable cap or Eazy6 states that excess post-cap progress will not carry forward.
4.4 Cash winnings do not themselves earn Eazy6 Passes. However, later qualifying settled real-money contest entries funded from your Player Account, including entries funded from legitimate cash winnings after those funds are credited, may count as Qualifying Play if they otherwise satisfy these Program Terms.
4.5 An Eazy6 Pass can never be used to earn another Eazy6 Pass, satisfy deposit playthrough, or create Pass earning progress.
5. What Counts Toward Earning Passes
5.1 “Qualifying Play” means a cash entry fee paid from your real-money Player Account balance for an eligible Paid Contest entry that has closed, settled, and not been cancelled, voided, refunded, reversed, charged back, or otherwise invalidated. Qualifying Play is credited only after settlement and only according to Eazy6’s records.
5.2 The table below summarizes common examples of activity that counts, and does not count, toward Pass earning.
Counts toward Pass earning | Does not count toward Pass earning |
Cash entry fees paid from your real-money Player Account balance for eligible Paid Contests. | Entries made using an Eazy6 Pass or another promotional pass, credit, or non-cash benefit. |
Eligible Paid Contest entries that have closed, settled, and remain valid. | Free-to-Play Contest participation. |
Qualifying settled paid entries funded from legitimate Player Account funds, including funds from prior cash winnings. | Deposits, withdrawals, pending entries, in-progress entries, cancelled entries, voided entries, refunded entries, reversed entries, charged-back entries, or activity involving fraud, abuse, prohibited conduct, technical error, payment risk, or other ineligibility. |
5.3 The same qualifying settled cash-entry contest fee may, where eligible, count toward both your separate deposit playthrough obligation and your Pass earning progress. Those are separate records and one should not be inferred from the other. Satisfaction of Pass earning progress does not mean that any deposit playthrough requirement has been satisfied or that a withdrawal will be approved.
5.4 Eazy6 may apply, sequence, allocate, correct, reverse, or restore Qualifying Play and Program progress in a reasonable manner to administer the Program, prevent abuse, correct manifest error, reconcile invalidated entries or payments, or comply with applicable law.
6. Earning Caps and Program Configuration
6.1 Unless Eazy6 states otherwise in the App or applicable Program disclosure, the default gameplay-earned Pass cap is seven gameplay-earned Eazy6 Passes per verified customer per calendar month. Starter Passes and separately disclosed manual, campaign, goodwill, reissue, or customer-support grants do not count against the gameplay-earned cap unless Eazy6 states otherwise.
6.2 If you reach an applicable earning cap, additional Qualifying Play during the same cap period may not earn additional Eazy6 Passes and may be discarded for Program earning purposes until the next cap period begins, unless Eazy6 states otherwise. Eazy6 may prospectively change the earning threshold, cap amount, cap period, expiration period, Program availability, or other Program settings through App disclosures or updated Program Terms.
7. Expiration and App Display
7.1 Each issued Eazy6 Pass expires fourteen (14) days after its issuance timestamp unless used earlier, cancelled, reversed, corrected, removed, extended, reissued, or otherwise adjusted under these Program Terms, the Terms of Service, app disclosures, or applicable law.
7.2 Each Eazy6 Pass has its own expiration date and time. Expiration may vary for manual grants, campaign grants, reissued Passes, customer-support adjustments, or other separately disclosed Program benefits if Eazy6 states different terms at the time of issuance.
7.3 The App may display available Eazy6 Passes, per-Pass expiration dates, Pass earning progress, eligible Eazy6 Pass Contests, and reminders when a Pass is nearing expiration. Displayed information is subject to correction for manifest error, system error, invalidated Qualifying Play, payment reversal, fraud, abuse, account restriction, compliance review, or applicable law.
7.4 Failure to receive, open, view, or act on a reminder, push notification, email, in-App message, or other notice does not extend any Pass expiration date or guarantee restoration, reissue, replacement, or other compensation.
8. Pass Use and Contest Availability
8.1 One valid, active, and unexpired Eazy6 Pass may be redeemed for one entry into an eligible Eazy6 Pass Contest, subject to contest availability, entry limits, lock time, jurisdiction, account status, identity verification, location verification, responsible-play settings, compliance controls, and applicable contest-specific rules. Once redeemed, an Eazy6 Pass is considered used and may not be reused, transferred to another contest, exchanged, withdrawn, or redeemed for cash.
8.2 Eazy6 Pass Contests are Promotional Paid Contests because they may award cash prizes and may permit entry through a promotional entry benefit instead of a cash entry fee. Except as expressly stated in these Program Terms, app disclosures, or contest-specific rules, Eazy6 Pass Contests remain subject to the Paid Contest and Promotional Paid Contest rules incorporated from the Terms of Service.
8.3 Eazy6 does not guarantee any particular contest schedule, cadence, sport, contest format, prize pool, payout structure, minimum number of Eazy6 Pass Contests, or continued availability of any Eazy6 Pass Contest. However, Eazy6 intends to administer the Program in a manner that provides reasonable eligible redemption opportunities for active Eazy6 Passes while they remain valid.
8.4 If Eazy6 determines, in its discretion, that it did not provide a reasonable eligible redemption opportunity before an unused Eazy6 Pass expired, Eazy6 may extend the Pass, reissue the Pass, restore an equivalent Program benefit, or provide another reasonable promotional adjustment. This provision does not guarantee a specific contest, prize pool, schedule, extension, replacement, or outcome and does not apply where expiration or non-use resulted from user ineligibility, account restriction, location failure, responsible-play setting, self-exclusion, cooling-off period, fraud, abuse, prohibited conduct, technical access issue on the user’s side, or failure to use an available eligible contest opportunity.
8.5 If an Eazy6 Pass Contest or an individual pass-funded entry is cancelled or voided for reasons not attributable to your fraud, abuse, prohibited conduct, ineligibility, account restriction, or violation, Eazy6 may restore the redeemed Pass, issue a replacement Pass, extend the relevant expiration period, or provide another reasonable promotional adjustment. No restoration or replacement is required if the Pass or entry was affected by user misconduct, ineligibility, issuance error, invalid deposit, chargeback, payment reversal, account restriction, or other violation of these Program Terms or the Terms of Service.
9. Passes, Deposit Playthrough, and Withdrawals
9.1 Deposit playthrough and Pass earning are separate records. Qualifying Play may, where eligible, count toward both a deposit playthrough obligation and Pass earning progress, but satisfying one record does not automatically satisfy the other.
9.2 An Eazy6 Pass, pass-funded entry, promotional pass, promotional credit, bonus credit, or other non-cash entry method does not count toward deposit playthrough and does not count toward Pass earning progress unless Eazy6 expressly states otherwise in applicable written terms.
9.3 Cash winnings do not themselves satisfy deposit playthrough and do not themselves earn Eazy6 Passes. Later qualifying settled real-money contest entries funded from your Player Account may count toward deposit playthrough or Pass earning progress if they otherwise satisfy the Terms of Service, these Program Terms, and Eazy6’s applicable records.
9.4 Nothing in these Program Terms guarantees that any funds are available for withdrawal. Withdrawals remain subject to the Terms of Service, including settlement, identity verification, compliance review, AML and sanctions review, payment-risk review, fraud and chargeback review, responsible-play restrictions, account status, and applicable law.
10. When Passes May Be Adjusted
10.1 Eazy6 may withhold, block, cancel, reverse, revoke, expire, reissue, restore, correct, or adjust any Eazy6 Pass, Pass earning progress, Pass redemption, Program benefit, entry, prize, payout, or related record if Eazy6 determines that the benefit or activity resulted from error, fraud, abuse, duplicate accounts, multiple identities, payment reversal, chargeback, refund, void, cancellation, collusion, automation, prohibited conduct, account ineligibility, geolocation failure, responsible-play restriction, compliance review, or violation of these Program Terms, the Terms of Service, or applicable law.
10.2 If a paid contest entry that previously counted as Qualifying Play is later cancelled, voided, refunded, reversed, charged back, or otherwise invalidated, Eazy6 may reverse the related Pass earning progress. If a Pass was already issued from reversed or invalidated progress, Eazy6 may revoke the Pass if unused. If the Pass was already redeemed, Eazy6 may review the matter, correct records, adjust benefits, restrict withdrawals, recover improper benefits where permitted, or take other reasonable action consistent with the Terms of Service and applicable law.
10.3 Eazy6 may prospectively change the Program, including the earning threshold, earning cap, cap period, expiration period, eligible contests, Program availability, customer messages, or other Program settings. Eazy6 may also suspend, replace, withdraw, or discontinue the Program, in whole or in part, as permitted by the Terms of Service, these Program Terms, app disclosures, and applicable law.
10.4 Separate deposit, reload, referral, campaign, goodwill, customer-support, or other promotional Pass grants may be offered from time to time. Those grants may have different eligibility requirements, limits, issuance rules, expiration dates, earning treatment, usage restrictions, or other conditions if separately disclosed. Unless Eazy6 states otherwise, separate manual or campaign grants do not change the default Program mechanics described in these Program Terms.
11. Illustrative Examples
The examples below are simplified illustrations. Actual Program treatment depends on eligibility, settlement, app disclosures, account status, caps, expiration dates, contest availability, compliance controls, and Eazy6’s official records. If an example conflicts with an operative provision of these Program Terms, the operative provision controls.
Example | What happens | How it affects your Passes |
First qualifying deposit | You make your first settled cash deposit of $25.00 or more. | You receive one Starter Pass. This is a one-time benefit per verified customer. |
Partial paid play | You enter a $10.00 cash-entry Paid Contest, and the contest later settles. | The $10.00 may count toward your $25.00 Pass earning progress. No gameplay-earned Pass is issued yet. |
Reaching the earning threshold | You later enter another $15.00 cash-entry Paid Contest, and that contest settles. | You have reached $25.00 in Qualifying Play, so Eazy6 issues one gameplay-earned Pass, subject to eligibility, caps, and these Program Terms. |
Cash winnings | You win $130.00 in a Paid Contest or Eazy6 Pass Contest. | The win itself does not earn a Pass. If you later use Player Account funds for qualifying settled paid entries, those entries may count toward Pass earning. |
Using a Pass | You use an Eazy6 Pass to enter an eligible Eazy6 Pass Contest. | That pass-funded entry does not count toward earning another Pass and does not count toward deposit playthrough. |
Monthly cap | You have already earned seven gameplay-earned Passes during the calendar month. | Additional Qualifying Play during that same cap period will not earn more gameplay-earned Passes unless Eazy6 has disclosed a different cap rule. |
Later deposit | You make another deposit after already receiving your Starter Pass. | The later deposit does not automatically generate another Starter Pass or standard Eazy6 Pass. Additional Passes are earned through qualifying settled paid play. |
