How do I update my profile information?
To update your profile information:
1. Open
the Eazy6 app
2. Tap
Profile
3. Select
Account Settings
From there, you can update:
I. First name
II. Last name
III. Username
IV. Email address
V. Phone number
VI. Password
VII. Gender
VIII. City
IX. Address
Tap Save to confirm your changes.
Important Notes: For sensitive changes like your email
address or phone number, Eazy6 will automatically start a short account
recovery flow to confirm your identity.
OTP verification will be required when updating your email
address or phone number for added security.
