How do I update my profile information?

To update your profile information:
1.      Open the Eazy6 app
2.      Tap Profile
3.      Select Account Settings

From there, you can update: First name, Last name, Username, Email address, Phone number, Password, Gender, City, Address (used only to confirm eligibility and regulatory compliance — never for marketing or shipping).

Tap Save to confirm your changes.



Important notes:

• For sensitive changes like your email address or phone number, Eazy6 will automatically start a short account-recovery flow to confirm your identity.

• OTP verification will be required when updating your email address or phone number.

• When you change your email address, gift card redemption and withdrawals are temporarily blocked for 24 hours as a security measure.

• Changing your username does not affect your Total Points, leaderboard history, or contest history — all of these continue under your updated username.
