I lost access to my phone number — how do I log in?
Steps to regain access:
1. On the Sign In screen, tap "Sign in
with email."
2. Enter your verified backup email.
3. On the "Choose another way"
screen, select one of three options: get a code via SMS, get a code via Email,
or use your registered password.
If you don't have a backup email set up:
If you never added a backup email and no
longer have access to your phone, the self-service recovery options above won't
be available. Tap "Need Help?" on the Sign In screen and choose
"I can't access my phone number" to start a manual account-recovery
flow. You'll be asked to verify your identity before we can restore access.
