Eazy6 is a skill-based contest, not a live-game product. There's
nothing to track minute-to-minute inside the app while games are being played —
by design. Once you tap Submit, your entry is final and can’t be edited — even
if the contest hasn’t ended yet. Results are calculated once, after the games
are complete and official statistics are certified.
Here's what happens:
• While the games are in progress: your entry shows as
Results Pending in the Progress tab. Eazy6 does not display live in-game scores
or partial stats — follow the game broadcast for that.
• After the last game in the contest ends: our data feed
provider delivers certified official statistics. Once we receive them, Eazy6
calculates your score, awards points to your Total Points balance, and updates
the Weekly Leaderboard.
• Typical timing: most contests settle within a few hours
of the last game ending. In some cases, settlement can take up to 72 hours
while stats are certified.
If a contest hasn't settled 72 hours after the last game
ended, submit a ticket from Profile → Help and Support → Submit a Ticket.
