Why haven’t my contest points updated yet?
Contest results and points update as official
statistics are reported and verified by our data provider. Most contests settle
within a few hours after the last game in the contest ends. In some cases,
settlement can take up to 72 hours after the last game in the contest ends
while stats are certified.
If official statistical corrections are issued
after a contest has settled, contest results and your point totals may be
updated accordingly. See "What happens if official statistics are
corrected or changed?" for details.
If your points haven't updated 72 hours after
the last game in the contest ended, submit a ticket from Profile → Help and
Support → Submit a Ticket with the contest name and timestamp.
