I forgot my password — what should I do?

You can reset your password anytime from the Sign In screen.

To reset your password: 
  1. 1. Open the Eazy6 app. 

  1. 2. Tap “Need Help?” on the Sign In screen. 

  1. 3. Select “I forgot my password.” 

  1. 4. Enter your username and tap Continue. 

  1. 5. Choose how you want to receive the verification code:  SMS or Email.

  1. 6. Enter the OTP you receive to verify.

  2. 7. After verification, you’ll have the option to reset your password. 

Note: Eazy6 supports passwordless sign-in via OTP, so a password is optional. You can leave the password set, reset it at any time, or rely on OTP alone.
