If the Enter button is disabled or you're seeing an error
when trying to join a contest, it's usually one of these:
• The contest has locked. You'll see a countdown replaced
by a lock icon. Contests lock at the scheduled game start time and can't be
joined after that.
• Your location isn't eligible. Eazy6 is available in
most U.S. states where skill-based contests are permitted. If you're in a state
where Eazy6 isn't offered, you'll see a notice. Your location is checked at the
time of entry.
• You're outside the United States. Use from outside the
U.S. is not permitted, even with a U.S. account.
• You've already entered, and the contest is single-entry.

• Your account is under review (rare). Submit a ticket
from your profile, and our team will help you resolve it.
If none of these apply and you're still seeing an error,
force-close the app and reopen. If the issue persists, submit a ticket.
