My contest hasn't settled yet — what do I do

Contest points are only awarded after the contest settles, which happens after the last game in the contest ends, and our data feed provider delivers official final statistics. If your contest hasn't settled yet:

1. Check the game schedule. Has the last game in the contest actually ended? The contest can't settle until it has.

2. Give it a few hours. Most contests settle within a few hours of the last game ending. Certification can take up to 72 hours in some cases.

3. Pull down to refresh on your Progress tab once the games are done.

4. Sign out and back in to force a session refresh if you still don't see an update 24+ hours after the last game ended.

If your contest still hasn't settled 72 hours after the last game in the contest ended, submit a ticket with the sport, contest name, and approximate last-game end time.
