  • • Tap Forgot Password to reset if needed (watch for the reset email in Spam/Promotions). 


  1. 2. Confirm app + OS are up to date 

  • • Update Eazy6 to the latest version from the App Store. 

  • • Update your device OS (outdated OS can block secure sign-in). 


  1. 3. Verify eligibility 

  • • Ensure location services are enabled (required to confirm you’re in an eligible region). 

  • • Make sure you meet age requirements (18+ or the legal age in your state). These checks gate access at sign-in for compliance. 


  1. 4. Network & device refresh 

  • • Toggle Airplane Mode OFF/ON, or switch Wi-Fi ↔︎ cellular. 

  • • Force close and reopen the app; reboot your device if needed. 


  1. 5. Identity verification (if prompted) 

  •  If you’re asked to confirm your identity, complete the prompted steps in-app. This helps keep the platform safe and compliant for everyone.
