One-time passcodes are sent by text message and usually
arrive within a few seconds. If yours hasn't arrived:
1. Wait 60 seconds. Some carriers have short delays.
2. Tap Resend on the sign-in screen after the timer runs
out.
3. Check your signal. A bar or two of reception is
usually enough, but deadzones can block SMS.
4. Check for SMS filters. Third-party spam-blocker apps
sometimes catch codes from automated senders.
5. Confirm your phone number on file. Type carefully — a
single digit off will send the code to someone else.
6. Toggle Airplane Mode off and on to reconnect to your
carrier.
If you've exhausted these steps and still can't receive a
code, use Sign in with Email if you have a backup email on file — or submit a
ticket.
