A few reasons you might be unable to sign in, and what to
do:
• "Invalid phone number." Double-check the
country code (+1 for the U.S.). Eazy6 is U.S.-only, so numbers from outside the
U.S. will not work.
• OTP code not arriving. Wait 60 seconds and tap Resend.
Check your signal and any SMS-blocking apps. If you've recently changed your
phone number, see "How do I change the phone number on my account?"
• "Account temporarily locked." Too many recent
failed attempts. Wait 30 minutes and try again.
• "Account under review." Submit a ticket — our
team will help you resolve it.
• You don't remember your phone number. If you have a
backup email on file, use Sign in with Email on the sign-in screen. If not,
submit a ticket.
If none of these fit, force-close the app, reopen, and
try again.
