Push notifications aren't working

If Eazy6 notifications aren't arriving, check both sides:

iOS side:

1. Open Settings → Notifications → Eazy6.

2. Confirm Allow Notifications is on.

3. Confirm at least one alert style (Lock Screen, Notification Center, Banners) is enabled.

In-app side:

1. Open Eazy6 → Profile → Notification Preferences.

2. Confirm the categories you want (Contest Reminders, Settlement, Leaderboard, Security) are toggled on.

Still nothing after 24 hours? Sign out of the app and sign back in to re-register your device with our notification service. If that doesn't fix it, submit a ticket.
