The app is slow or lagging
Common causes and fixes:
1. Restart the app. Force-close and reopen.
2. Check your connection. Switch between Wi-Fi and
cellular. A stable 5G or LTE connection generally outperforms a weak Wi-Fi
signal.
3. Free up device memory. Close other apps you aren't
using.
4. Update the app. Open the App Store and install the
latest Eazy6 update.
5. Restart your device. Power off for 15 seconds, then
back on.
If slowness happens only around specific games (e.g.,
contest settlement windows), it's usually the data feed, not your device — give
it a few minutes.
